Better probably so. More efficient no even close. This plugin does all the work. Nothing else to do. One post is written and a translation is done in minutes automatically.

The other plugin I used, we would have to write and publish two post one in english and one in spanish. Associate each post with the language at publishing, and hope that the person reading the post has their browser set properly so that the plugin would recognize the foreign language setting. I set my stuff to spanish and the plugin failed to recognize my browser setting. I even changed my computer language and it failed.

Imagine if the site produces 10 stories a week and you were the only one doing the manual translations. that is 10 stories translated a week. 20 published. If only 1 person does that...that is a fulltime job, not to mention all the pages of text already published. I don't have time to do all that work over again...basically building two sites for our audience.

I know that there are some people who don't read english, but I don't think this warrants spending a lot of concerted effort because most of the target audience is part of the young english speaking demographic. While many Latin American Spanish speakers are around, I don't believe they will have much difficulty understanding the http://www.ackuna.com/about translation. Much like when i pull a foreign language site and google translate. Its not exactly correct english, but I get the point of the message.

Sounds good, but I believe we can change that to Spanish Latin America, is more accurate then castilian spanish translations, But I think It would be better and more efficient if we just have an static page in spanish, we can use the plugin to translate, and copy the content and the I can proof read it.

One of the things I noticed about google translate is that it is somewhat user submitted. For the most part I believe google translate is using castilian spanish and so there will be subtle differences. I believe we can use it and hope for the best. If all of you agree. I will implement.

I know, I speak spanish fluently, what I meant with the example was that some of the sentences when translated doesn't make much sense, although for the most part is alright.

Uh thats how spanish is...From google translate:
The red care translates to el coche rojo or the car red. That is proper spanish conjugation.

If you said the red car in spanish as el rojo coche that would be incorrect grammatically speaking.

The translation is good, however the grammar and sentence structure don't make sense, is like saying- "the car red" instead of "the red car"
